Day eleven

Actually made it to day eleven . Quite easy so far although it would be the easiest thing in the world to spark up. The nasal spray is working great better than the gum and the jaw ache is gone . Still would like to try the inhalator though but cant afford it this week. I'll be back (tomorrow)

Well done Pfaber. With the money you are saving on smokes, I think any products that help your quit are justifiable. Whatever it take now will pay off quite quickly.

The mouthspray you can get is also pretty good, although it costs a fortune (not sure how it compares to the inhalator - mine was given to me), I think it may end up costing me more than smoking at the moment as I'm on patches as well!
