Well done Dorset. You're doing a grand job. Keep it up!

Good job dorset i'm hot on your heels . Gonna get myself an inhalator next week might make things easier . Skint until then . Gonna buy the box of 42 . How many cartridges are you using a day? Was hoping a box would last me a couple of weeks .
I think it depends on how many you used to smoke.
It says you can use up to 12 cartridges per day, but that would make it real expensive. I am using my left over chewing gum , and maybe 4 - 6 cartridges a day . Today I am feeling again a huge craving and I probaly will use more. I had already 3.
I should've gone to my GP and asked for a presciption. I bought the first at boots , really expensive, but if you buy them over an online chemist you get a better deal....still expensive though.
I will have to put up with it for now. I try to think how much I would spend on cigarettes on a daily basis ...... , that helps a little and I always found money for cigarettes.
pfaber , I keep turning around to see if you still behind me getsmile.com/emoticons/smil...
Good job to the both of you. Have you tried quitting without the NRT's? I'm not saying you should, it's all different from person to person, but I think many people would be amazed if they knew how much easier it gets after 3-4 days. After just 1 week I only got cravings when I put myself in special situations, like hanging out with smokers or drinking beer, etc. And those situations have nothing to do with nicotine cravings, it's all mental.
