3 months ... wow !!

my breathing is great

my recovery is so fast after a vigorous bit of exercise

rather than wheezing and clutching my chest

the benefits are great

and the extra money is lovely

time seems to be flying by now .. at the begining the time was slow

creeping from new day to new day

I have stopped smoking :eek:

Three months is amazing. I remember at the beginning of my quit when 3 hours without smoking seemed such a daunting prospect and 3 days seemed like a lifetime. Are you planning to reward yourself for reaching this milestone?
