Great stuff now on day nine . Still feeling positive rarely thinking about smoking . The nasal spray is working well although it tastes horrible if it gets in the throat. Double figures tomorrow .

Not much action

Does not seem to be much going on here at the weekend i guess most people are busy at this time . Anyway i'm about so if anybody needs some support i'm around on and off throughout the day. Keep your chin up and keep going there is light at the end of the tunnel .

I am on day 13 now and its getting easier. One more day for me

and I done 2 weeks. It's really unbelievable.

Well done pfaber - it seems to be going well. You are right about being out and about instead of on-line. I wish that before I quit, I had made a list of jobs to do before I regained my sense of smell. I finally cleared out a drain that had been a problem for months - absolutely disgusting!

I've managed to get through the weekend without a cigarette. Saturday was the toughest day so far I found for me. It's because I normally smoke quite a lot on a Saturday just pottering around the house. But I didn't give in to temptation. Also Saturday night I was at a pub quiz and even though I could of joined the people outside for a cigarette, I didn't. I was aware though of other people going outside for a smoke and people smelling horrible when they came back in!

I've noticed that as well now, it's sort of a dirty metallic smell. I'm so glad I don't smell like that now!
