Hello to everyone & a special Hello to all the MMQ's if there are any still knocking around 

Thought I'd bob in (( been that long, couldn't remember my password )) hehe.

Well, I got thinking about this site the other day in the pub when someone brought up Quitting Smoking and asked me how long I'd been Stopped.... I racked my brains for ages and seriously couldn't remember if it was 2 or 3 years this coming March. In the end I looked on my iPod calendar and worked out it's been 3 years :-0 where does time go?? Blimey.. I've gone from counting the hours/days/weeks/months/years... And now I just can't remember lol... Probably because I never really think about those awful days of addiction and being under the filth spell

ANYWAY... hope all oldies and newbies alike are feeling good.. Keep up the good work guys, you know it makes sense.. Oh and to the new quitters... I promise, one day, you to will have to stop and think hard about how long it's been since you quit.. Cos after a while, it's not at the forefront of your thoughts any more and life is all back to normal... Just a healthier.. Cleaner.. Sweeter smelling normal x

Great to hear from you, Slinky. Glad you've done so well with your quit! Funny how stressful those times in 09 were and how we've completely forgotten it all! I try to remind myself occasionally to stay on track best wishes to you!
