10 Months Today

Well here I am only 2 months to go to the Penthouse and still smoke free.....

Haven't been about much lately but since my last visit here is the news.

40th Birthday come and gone without so much as a thought for smoking, even though I drank enough JD to drown a fish!!

So to everyone stuggling through the first few days / weeks, trust me it gets so much easier as time goes by....

Keep on going life is so much better when you quit being a slave to the old nicodemon.
