Still going strong hope everybody else is doing ok . Feeling good today . Finished my nicotine gum which gave me jaw ache . Not sure what nrt to get now but might be the nasal spray if not then the inhalator . We'll see . Both expensive but it's gonna be worth it in the long run. I'll post again tomorrow .

boo told be about the inhalator , because I had a sore mouth chewing the gum. The inhalator is the best I ever bought. I am still chewing but a lot less
and when I feel I need something I use the inhalator. Brilliant stuff 
Nasal spray
Just got myself the nasal spray and it is working fine . Costing a fair bit though. When it runs out i will probably get myself the inhalator . Trying to catch dorset up .

the inhalator is expensive too but well worth it . We hopefully wont use it forever .
I spend a fortune on cigarettes, that little bit more is a good a good investment.
The day will come and we wont need anything
