Day eight

Well i'm at day eight and starting week two. No sign of me caving in yet. I think i've tried to stop so many times in the last few years i'm getting used to feeling this way. Probably a good thing . Have a nice day and good luck wherever you are at in your quit .

if you not suggested the inhalator I wouldve' given up by now. I think thats why I never managed longer then 5 days in the past .

its amazing isnt it i found cause it gave me a hit on the back of my throat which was something i missed in the early days it satisfied that too

and dont worry about weaning off it at a later date i found it happened really naturally it got less and less without to much effort
