Well this is it day seven. Feeling a bit gloomy but not down enough to reach for the fags . No real cravings . Maybe they'll come later. Time for the week two room tomorrow . Best of luck to all those on the path .

Took a walk

Dont know about the hands and feet but i just took a relaxing walk. Normally i rush everywhere but today i took a nice relaxed stroll.

Congratz faberm, that is really fantastic that you can now cross off 1 week as a non-smoker.

Many people get more cravings on day 7 because they are used to celebrating with a smoke lol, I didn't myself, but just sayin if todays worse than yesterday there's an explanation for it.

Congratz on entering week 2, it's so much easier than the first week.
