I made it to day 10 :)

I struggled last night, but I want forget about this now.

Its almost unbelievable to think I smoked 10 days ago over 30 cigarettes :eek:

I hope everyone is doing well :D

It's certainly an odd feeling when you first look back on it but look at it as a triumph and use it to forge ahead.

Keep strong and focused and those 10 days will soon turn into weeks and months.

10 days, that's fantastic! :)

Don't get upset or confused if and when you get a sudden craving for a cigarette, even though you might think that by this point it's all over. Take a moment to consider what is triggering the craving, this really helps to deal with the situation.

For example, the thing that triggers your craving can be; having a cup of coffee, a memory of smoking in a certain location, knowing that you will go to a pub or visit a smoking friend later today, etc.

****yzing the situation and understanding why you want to smoke makes you less prone to "miss smoking" or cave in to the "just one cigarette".
