4 Weeks Today (Day 28)

Today is the start of my 28th day meaning I have completed 4 weeks, which is nearly a whole month of non-smoking!

Won't be long till I'm in the month 2 forum. My quit is going well, I hope your quits are going well too. If you're struggling at the start of your quit, don't give up giving up! It will get a hell of a lot easier You just need to keep yourself busy and the first week or two will fly past.
