Well done, you've managed 9 whole days without a single cigarette! You deserve to be as happy as you appear as you are doing something great
My smile dropped a little tonight . Out of nowhere I am struggling a bit
Hang in there
You will get over this hump just hang in there tomorrow is another day . Maybe try another form of nrt or a combination of them . Best of luck to you .
Hey Dorset. Congrats on your big achievement. 9 days is a big hurdle and you should be very proud.
Everybody who tries to quit gets sudden struggles and urges that seem to come out of nowhere. Just when I am thinking "this is easy, I won't have any problems from now on" I will suddenly get a strong urge to smoke.
I find it helps to identify what causes me to want a cigarette, quitting cigarettes has different stages, for instance a lot of people have difficulties with week 3 (I did as well). Read up on other peoples quitting experiences, it really helps to know what to expect and what to deal with.
Smokecat
good advice. I been thinking what triggered it and I think I know. I will have to do read a little bit more on here, that defenatly helped me get through the 5th day .
Today is a new day and I made it to the 10th day and I am feeling so much stronger again
Well done Dorset. When u feel the craving try sipping water believe me it sure helps. Good luck. Jacqui
