....one more than yesterday which is obviously one betterer.

Managed to drag my larch backside to the gym for the first time in 7 months today; WOW whatna difference! I'm about a stone heavier than last time I went but went straight back to my old routine. I'm shocked to be honest. Everything I would say felt 30% easier than I recall and my recovery times were so much better.

I celebrated with roast lamb and half a bottle of wine.....will have to work that off tomorrow :D

Have a trip to the hospital tomorrow which would normally trigger a craving but all is calm.

For the first time in a long time I can say I actually feel well. Not that I felt terrible before, I cant explain it other than being overweigt but feeling healthy.

Tis WIN!

Let your friends and family in on your plan to

quit smoking and tell them you need their

support and encouragement to stop. Look for a

quit buddy who wants to stop smoking as well.

You can help each other get through the rough

times.
