Well I've reached day 6, and it's been the best day so far.
I got out of bed early, and I didn't have any cravings at all. I didn't think much about cigarettes either, instead I noticed how much more energetic I was feeling! I feel like getting out and doing stuff
I got a few cravings that weren't too bad later on, I notice I get them when I am dehydrated, so I went to the store and bought some icecold water and juice. I know I will still get cravings, but I think back to the first 3 days and it's nothing in comparison.
If I still feel really good about it later this evening I'm gonna subject myself to a few of the stimuli that triggers my addiction responses: like drink a few beers or watch Mad Men lol.
I know I will be facing these stimuli sooner or later so I figure I might as well do it in a controlled environment at first.
I'm quite proud of myself right now, I feel really good when I look in the mirror.
