Well dose has finally settled down on the champix, 1/4 is all i need.. Listened to Allen Carr Easyway twice through while at work this week. Found what he say really helpful in understanding what smoking is all about and can say with certainty that I will NEVER smoke even a single puff ever again.
For anyone finding stopping smoking hard I HIGHLY recommend the audiobook. If you can't find it PM me and I'll help you out.
