Having just heard my lovely gp is quitting her job, I went and bought a chocolate flapjack. Then, still shocked, I bought a pack of 10, thus loosing my quit.
Sadly I have smoked 5 of these, producing an instant sore throat and runny nose, and a terrible feeling of deja vu.
Luckily I saw the quit nurse wednesday, so am equipped with champix for the days ahead.
It remains to be seen whether I will manage to have enough common sense to bin the other 5 cancer sticks rather than smoke them tomorow, especially with the weather making it so easy to nip out for a quick cancer stick.
ah well, we live & learn..

Well you would think we live and learn but do we, you were really naughty buying chocholate flapjacks, what can I say, just dont let it happen again ok and we will overlook it.
I am sure you will get a new Dr who is nearly as good.
As for the smoking well what can I say again, welcome back onto the wagon.
