Getting easier.

Start of day 3 and I'm not feeling too bad. But this, is the fifth or sixth time I've tried to quit, and on all but one I failed on day 3.

Not doing too badly at the moment but I woke up with a persistent cough at about 6AM and it's not going anywhere. Apparently that's actually a good sign though :D

Day 1 was the worst so far. Had a craving that seemed to last for about three hours, but I battled through. Hopefully this time I'll make it to day 4 :)

ye, a cough does sound like a good sign, rememer it was those filthy fags that gave you the gunk your quit is just helping you get rid of :)

best of luck, day four (and beyond) is well within your reach now! ><5mol<er

It's strange, i have been doing a bit of research ( both here and other places ) and for some reason day 3 seems to be a failing point for many......Stick with it tomking33 i am also on day 3 and once you have made it to day 4 which i am determined to do, I'm going to tell myself that i have been quit for nearly a week now.

Hang in there my friend :)

Thanks guys. I did make it to day 4, got an early night - the cravings can't get to me when I'm asleep!

It is strange that day 3 is so hard. The cravings are relatively easier by that point in my experience, but it usually is the day that gets me

Hope you're both still going strong :)
