Hope you are all well. Well here I am again! Am so gutted to have to start my quit all over again..was doing so well and then bang...feel like I am playing a game of snakes and ladders....and having got to the top of the board, I slipped and am now back at the bottom
Am due to go to into hospital on Thursday for some surgery and so here I am, determined that this will be my last quit and desperate to get off those evil sticks, so I don't die on the table!! For some reason I am incredibly fearful of my quit this time. Scared it will be painful, that I won't be able to do it.....even though I have done it, several times and it was never as bad as I had imagined.
Really need some support and motivational kicks up the back side.... Help!! x

For some reason I am incredibly fearful of my quit this time
Hi embo, i felt the same this time round, like i knew i'd failed before, in fact i couldn't even bring myself to quit, and then when i did i've found that it really wasn't so bad after all, even though i had failed last time i had learnt a whole load of useful quit saving tricks along the way, and so far (and i'm only on day 8!) this quit has been a piece of cake, so good luck and go for it, put that fear behind you as soon as you can, quitting is not something to fear, it is something to make you porud and happy, at last you are free!
Nice to see you back even if it is under those circumstances. Please hun dont beat yourself up over it, whats done is done. You know you can do this so get back on that horse and ride like the wind away from naughty Mr Nic.
Before you know it you will be completely free and well on your way to that better life as for the op try not to think about it. I know im not you but hun you can do this and your time will come where everything will just click into place. Good luck
Hey Smo>er, thanks for those words...gonna grab this chance by the horns and run with it....just having a cranberry juice fix as I remembered that it flushes nicotine out quicker (maybe I have learned a few tricks eh)...good luck with your quit...8 days is brilliant - you've done the hard bit..onwards and upwards!
Hey Jo....lovely to hear from you and so proud of ya....if only I hadn't slipped up, I'd be where you are now!! Thanks for your support - think I'm gonna need it!! xx
