Hi all 6 weeks today, still can't believe it whooo! whooo! it feels great. I never thought I could do this but I have. It hasn't been easy but not as hard as I thought, I would say definitely mind over matter, read read read, as most of you say, and with the help of you all on here Couldn't have done it without you. Not out of the woods yet but determined. Who said you can't break a 34 year habit? x
