I just thought i'd say hi to everyone, and wants to let you know that I am starting to see the light after over 2 months, To be honest I am not completly over it as It does take longer than 2 months to get to the other side but I REALLY CAN SEE THE LIGHT and starting to understand how being a non smoker works. Cravings getting rarer, shorter and less intense.
hopefully all of us can get to other side of the bridge!

Hi all 3 of you. That is so good to know. I'm a fair bit behind all of you but close enough to really find this really encouraging. I'm not craving all that much any more but I haven't yet got to the point where I don't think 'oh I'll just stop for a quick...", well you know the score!
And I certainly haven't got to the point where there's any light yet.
Well done for the quit and keep on doing so well - and letting those pf us behind you how it's going!
Yes! I posted exactly the same thing at 63 days! This is really where it starts to get easier isn't it? You're not there yet, but you're starting to come out of the deep woods, the path is clearer and easier, and every so often you hit a clearing and you're bathed in sunlight.
Stay strong. There are still some rough bits ahead, but it gets better and better.
I'm always going to be on the lookout for stray roots though - still wary of ending up flat on my face
