Hiya, Ive made it into week three...its been quite a tough road to get here, though it is getting better, I went out drinking on Friday and I was sooo close to being on the day 2 board today, but I didnt...the worst part is in a flash second, I still forget Im a non-smoker and just by habbit think Ill go out for a cig...ulcers in my mouth have almost gone away and the lozenge isnt the first thing I go for in the mornings...

Ive posted my status on facebook that Ive been smoke free for so many days and someone said that Ill have to tell them my secret....and the answer to that is just purely willpower....

Im atleast trying to sound positive, that voice (not literally lol) inside my head is telling me to just say screw it and but a 10 pack...

one thing though people are taking my quitting serious and didnt think I could go this far....
