Thanks for all the lovely comments, it really means a lot to me.

I haven't been on here much in the last few months, but this place was so important to me in the early stages of my quit and kept me going through some dark days.

It is lovely to see messages from people I remember from what seems like so long ago!

And equally great to see new quitters, and if my posting helps them in any way then I am doubly chuffed!
