last sunday smoking

Hello, this is my last Sunday I will smoke on, only had one today. Think I'm getting the effect of zyban, bitvnervous about quit day. Gonna stock up on goodies to eat.

Stock up on everything and anything you like and regard it as a treat for being so clever! That's what I did; stuff the calories it was much more important in the first few days to simply not smoke!
