Day 8 and it has been the first day without any cravings or me thinking about the fags.The only thing i can say i have had is chest pains.At the back of the left side of my chest i get the odd little sharp pain but i have been reading it up on the forums and ppl say it is normal.All in all i feel alot better and as a plus my teeth are getting whiter already :).
