I am Back!!!!

I have now been smoke free for 20 days. I used this fourm a lot of times over the past 2 years. I havent been on since Mar 2010. I can now say that i am a non smoker. I have been able to have a drink and not smoke. I have had one of the most stressful days of my life yesterday, being in work from 8am till 9 pm and back in this morning, and still not had a smoke.

So i thought i would come back on and see how everyone else is doing and just have a chat really.

Were you one of the 2010 quitters or is this your first quit??

Either way nice to meet you and no doubt you will be able to catch up with some old friends

I have tried to quit many times before, but my last quit attempt was Mar 2010. But i am back now and here to stay for good
