hello all!! im a little tipsy so please excuse me if i mispell anything lol! i spent 3 hours with co workers drinking and having fun and i didnt smoke at all!! im so proud of myself!! i had the thought of course but i didnt make it an option..i hung around with the non smokers and did well!! thanks for all your support and confidence!!

thanks guys was nice to wake up this morning with clear lungs...when i smoked i would smoke so much when i drank and i always woke up feeling horrible....heavy chest...etc...i have proved to myself that i can do it...today is 11 weeks smoke free...thanks for all the support..it really helps
