I really had a feeling for a cigarette this morning, I dont know why the urge was so strong. When I got to work the feeling went away...

When does the urge go away in the morning? I kinda feels like someone I know has died.

I still think about smoking most mornings when I get up but it lasts literally 10 seconds now and I hit the biscuit tin!
