I must say that day 5 has been the worst for me so far.I have been at a friends house for his birthday and there were ppl smoking and drinking. But i have managed not to give into temptation.Another thing , I have been extremly tired since Monday. As soon as i sit down i find it hard not to close my eyes and go to sleep. Is this normal withdrawl Symptoms??Should i contact my doctor about this as i have recently suffered from a thing called Sleep Paralysis.

As Karri said I'd see your GP...purely because they can offer you 'proper' advice. On my last quit I was always sleepy as I couldn't sleep. This quit is the other way, I'm sleeping really well at hight and have new found energy levels in the day.

I think my tiredness lasted 2 - 3 weeks.
