Well actually it began yesterday so I guess day 5.5 kinda started.
So far so good, got to work without smoking, been at work and haven't smoked....even joined a buddy in the smoking shelter for a virtual smoke...without smoking.
I've got the serious munchies though....I mean bit time...also a little sore as I started with a 2.69 mile plod through the dark fields of Buckinghamshire this morning...was very spooky. Knocked 90 seconds of my personal best...wasn't hard as I've only run (well walked) the route once before.
Too much water...I need to pee.
