Mouth Ulcers

wow, today I have some very painful mouth ulcers...anyone got a remedy?

I cant give you any help in the cure department but my hubby is also on week 2 and he has ulcers also!!

Must be part of the quit!

Anything he buys in the chemist doesnt work....sorry:o

I am on Day 7 and have ulcers too, although am prone to them anyway.

maybe it's all to do with the gum/mouth thing with better blood supply going on.(I've been reading around the smoking cessation thing - ALOT!!!)

iv heard that mouth ulcers are very common when u quit smoking, iv used bonjela in the past it worked for me. mouth ulcers are better than cancer tho matbe its a sign to stay stopped. as for me iv got rid of my hacking cough , restless legs are now at peace and slept like a babe last night.i reduced my caffeine as its doubly strong when u dont smoke[i read that on one of the links] day 9 for moi, fan effintastic. THE HONEYPOTS GOT NO HONEY.

I got iglu from boots and tough its like glue...it works....

I read somewhere you get mouth sores becuase smoking created an antibacterial effect..not sure its true or not.
