...and I'll be hopping in to day 5 later on this afternoon. Again so far so good; no cravings to speak of. I've purposely got lots planned today to try and charge me in to the evening (a time when I never smoke). A few other the 'odd' sensations are hitting home today. My mouth and throat generally feel a little odd, almost like you can feel the junk seeping out. I've also got pins and needles in my hands and am seemingly 'clearing' stuff out of my lungs. I seem to have acquired a little pathetic cough over night.
