Hi everyone, here I am lst day of the 2nd week of no smoking, and so far today its been a breeze. I am still chewing gum and drinking loads of water, but have only had fleeting thoughts of ciggies today. I stll didn,t sleep well last night so am feeling weary, but I this is a small price to pay if I eventually manage to stay quit this time. Coming on here every day has helped too.
