I forget to post on day 3 and posted on day 2 its great to be cig free again as I posted on day one this is my 7th go at it, I heard a saying to day ,yesterday is history,tomorrow is a mystery ,to-day is a gift thats why we call it the presant
that just about sums up my thoughts this is a new quit one cig at a time because if you say you will not ever smoke aging its a long road so freedom comes bit by bit luv:)jimbo
