3 hours into week 2!

Im delighted to have made it this far, and im relishing the oppertunity to meet my friends on Saturday night for a few drinks, as two of them smoke, and dont yet know i'll have reached day 11 of no smoking by then. I cant wait to see the shock Secretly they will probably hope i fall back into the trap to make themselves feel better, but im aware of this and its given me more determintation, as thats how my previous quit failed.

Onto day 8 without smoking

Onto day 4 without nicotine.

Im choked up with this horrible poison leaving my body, but i cant help but feel when ive passed that stage, i'll be well down the road, and passed the worst of it.

So true, they'll be so jealous............but hopefully it may give them a kick start to consider quitting themselves.
