Very sorry but I have been a bit busy for a few days and noticed there are quite a few of you.
I don't have time to reply to you all personally but want to wish you all the best with your quits. I was where you all are now a few weeks ago and yes at first it seems hard but as the minutes, hours, days go on it does get easier.
Stay strong and remember you are not giving up anything but gaining so much

I don't come on the site to post nowadays, but like to read some posts. I quit 2 years ago today.... I promise you all, I was a serial quitter and NEVER thought I would get to 2 days let alone 2 years. I was great at quitting, but not staying stopped. The help and advice on this forum was a massive help to me and trust me, I needed it at times.
Good Luck to everybody on this site, its not always easy, but almost certainly worth it... My advice is What you do today you can do tomorrow.,and so on, before you know it, you will have days under your belt, then weeks before it turns into months.
Will be with you all in spirit - and fingers if you come on the site needing a bit of support. Been there, got through it, but with help! You aren't alone
I wanted to add in a VERY BIG WELL DONE to all those who are about to start there new smoke free journey today.
No one says its gonna be easy but then its not impossible, look at me for instance nearly 5 months on, you see it can be done and with the help of these guys, their info in their signatures , their general support and extra knowledge you can finally be free.
Good luck to all of you today and infact to everyone. We are all here for you and for as long as you need us, so stay strong and focused and between us all you can have your life back.
