Day 4 has been so hard, much worse than days 1,2,3 but I will keep going.I know I will feel better soon.

It will get better. I'm not liking day 4 much either!! The euphoria of getting over Day 3 is wearing off a bit and physically I'm feeling a bit of a wreck. Still, if we can get through today, we can get through tomorrow and so on... Keep strong!!

Hi everyone!
Just wanted to post that today I'm on day 4 and I have to say I feel great! My OH has also quit and this morning when I got up - the house smelt fresh and smoke free and so did I!! I used to smoke 10ish a day and maybe 30/40 at the weekends. It got to the stage that on Monday mornings I couldnt breath and I was so embarrased!
Go Champix!! I am really finding these pill fabulous!!
Good luck to everyone who is quitting! I know we wont regret it, it will be the best thing we ever did for ourselves!
