Hi

Just keep going it does get better!!! I'm 8 weeks smoke free and yes it was hard but so worth it. I can go a couple of days with out even thinking about smoking now and when I do it's not a bad crave just a thought (that passes very quickly)

I wandered around saying 'I am a non-smoker" " I do not smoke" etc etc etc Sent the other half mad but stopped me smoking!!

If you've got this far you can keep going.
