I made it here to 1 month, I never made it this far before, but I feel a bit like a new person. I know that sound mad, but that's how it feels.
Last time I wrote on this forum, I was not in a good place, so I thought I would write while in a happy mood. I've not wrote much in here, but I have read all the advice, and how people felt, and it really helped me, face up to what I was doing and GET A GRIP.
So thank you everyone.
I know it's still early days, but I feel a lot more in control
Cheers All

Firstly it is not Just anything, doing your first month is a massive achievement.
Secondly Woohoo one month down
I know exacly what you mean about feeling better. I am such a happier person now. I was talking with my DH and he said I am just all round a better happier person now I have quit. Less stressed, less grumpy, less distracted (planning my next escape to smoke) Its fantastic.
Stick with it matey, its such a worthwhile journey
