I realise it was stupid, and I'm glad it hasn't made me want to start again. Had a rough weekend with boyfriend as emotions are high at the moment and we will be separated for 7 weeks from 20 March...
I feel guilty if I don't admit it on here anyway, but I still believe in my quit.
Hope you are all okay, I quit a month today - excusing my blip.
Coralie.

Well done on staying quit since the blip, move on as best you can and just forget it hapened. Just the smell of people who smoke put me off now too. Well done on making it a month.
I was trying to quit at your age too, but I just kept saying well Im still young so I'll quit later, but the earlier you quit the better it will be in the long term for you as you will have more time to heal. Because Im 28 next month and Ive only just managed it lol. Keep it up!
dont let it get ya down coralie! keep moving foward....stress can get us good....that is when the nicodemon sees his chance! im so happy to hear that ya got right back on track!!! all the best
I can totally relate to the urge to smoke when stressed... am still having difficulties with my ex husband, he really has pushed me to the very brink, I have been lucky not to have had a blip... just ignore every craving from now on, as the stress goes the craving will too.
Dont know why but the urge has been there greatly since Sunday and today .. well , it just got 2 much ......
Oh Pat, my little quit-mate.
I am so sorry. But it's only 2. THROW THE REST OUT NOW and come back on our small exclusive 5 Feb wagon! That way it's a blip not a collapse.
You can do it, you've managed for so long. Think about your grand kids, think about how good you have been feeling.. Think about anything other than smoking.
Dont know why but the urge has been there greatly since Sunday and today .. well , it just got 2 much ......
I bought some, but me and boyfriend threw them out with the lighter I bought yesterday. Don't smoke any more or you'll slip back into it before you know it
I don't feel too bad as I know I don't want to be a smoker even though I smoked...and today I had one tiny craving and I've eaten loads but I'm okay.
Thanks everyone, and Pat let us know how you get on
