Having one f***ing day ..........I feel down stressed ,My OH who had head surgery last yr forgets things all the time (not his fault ) but it does get you down at times ,you have to keep going over things .
Rant over my crave has passed for a fag . Just a bad day .
Rant away Jans, anything you need to do to get past that crave.
Get through today and tomorrow will be better, I know you already know this but sometime its nice to hear it again.

Rant away, thats what we're all here for.
Must be really difficult for you with O/H. Not his fault, but must be so hard for you at times. My one is partially deaf. But will he wear his hearing aids? No. This means everything I say I end of saying 2 or 3 times. Comedy moments to start with, then just plain bloody irritating grrrrrr.
Stick with you hon, you can and are doing it!

One bad day can pull a crave from nowhere but in reality you've done amazing.
Do you and hubs get support from anyone/where else? Using fags to cope can leave you in a bit of a deficit when you quit. You guys may need to get support from other places rather than cigarettes.

Today is still bad stuff going on ie OH may not drive again ,and im disabled and i dont drive .so we have no form of transport now . Thats just a touch on what we are going through at the moment .Everybody has tough times in life . Never had one not smoking . Now positive side iv not had one crave for a fag today ,so maybe the craves are getting shorter . I say that then out of the blue for no reason one comes along :confused:

Sounds like you're having a pants time right now and doing really really well on the quit. Good for you and I do hope that things work out for your OH and driving.
Congrats on gettiing through the day.
Hope tomorrow is a better one for you which it will be because you are still a non smoker you got through a rough day and that has to be the best thing ever.

THANKYOU ALL .Im moving next door im now 6 MONTHS AND A FEW DAYS SMOKE FREE WOW!!!!!!! just looked at my quit meter IM HALF A YR SMOKE FREE and over a grand in pocket . If i can do it even with all my stress at mo which im sure will pass .Its life it has its ups and downs .YOU CAN !!!!!!!

Well Done Jans, you should be really proud of yourself. Life is always going to throw crap at us but we get through it. Now we just get through it without smoking
