i stopped smoking 24/9/10 143 days ago

i had smoke for tens years then gave up for 7 and started again smoked for another 11 years and then got really poorley, have gone cold turkey and have at times felt rubbish but have kept going and now dont really think about smoking at all

i have been reading the posts on here since i stopped but thought i would finally join lol
