Another week of no smoking and no nicotine down! I also started training for my 10K for the first time at the weekend. Ran both sat and sun for about 15 mins each. I think I did really well considering I only stopped smoking about 6 weeks ago and haven’t done an actual training for ages, So I’m happy! I also felt that I could of done a lot more and my lungs and chest felt really good and that’s what I was really testing. Hopefully I’ll be able to build up and build up the time I run for and should be ready for the 10k in June! I’m aiming to beat 50 mins so if I do I’ll be really happy.
Keep going with your quits everyone!

It's great to have a goal Dave as it gives your quit that little bit extra kick.
Hope you beat your 50mins.
