Coughing a lot today... a timely reminder!?

Persistent hacking cough today. I can't make up my mind whether I'm getting a cold or whether this is part of the lung-clearing process.

Either way it's actually a good thing. Not getting a cold just as I'm recovering from the flu, that I can cheerfully do without! But it's brought on mild asthma , and the wheezing etc are reminding me how hideous it is to have lung problems, and why I never, ever, ever, ever want to smoke again. This is great, because I've been a bit wobbly the last couple of evenings, and I needed something to keep me on the straight and narrow.

I'm going to make it this time. As my old granny used to say 'I can feel it in my waters'!

ahh well it could be either especially this time of the year but hope it soon improves

btw that saying brought back some memories hehe makes you wonder where it came from lol
