am now in my 4th day... the first 3 days have been pretty good... today was the most difficult, the craving and withdrawals came thick and fast for most of the day, but the evening has been better... I am now back to the fleeting thoughts of wanting a fag.
Am still uber positive about the quit, even CT its not so terrible, and I really want to do this now.
Now lets see if I can sleep tonight, I am knackered from two nights of frigmented sleep.
hope all of you other day 3ers are doing ok, and welcome to day 4 and beyond.

Well done vicki, you are doing really well.
In regards to the sleep, i had some sleeping problems for the first 2 weeks, and had some awsome dreams too, so be on the lookout for those, i really enjoyed them (apart from the courtney love singing country music one!!).
Day four almost down... still doing the CT without too much discomfort. Went to smoking clinic today and did the carbon monoxide breathalizer thingy and it was completely clear, I made him do it twice, I truely expected there to be some left in me, but no! He was saying that by friday I will have broken the back of the cravings, and the withdrawals will have gone... still feeling very positive about the quit, no wobbles yet, and "the wall" seems illusive at the moment, not that I'm complaining!
Hope all the other day 4ers are doing ok and staying strong?!
