Thank you very much Fiona, I really appreciate this. I have been unwell and this is a great boost to have messages from my friends. I enjoyed the milestones all the way from day one until now and I still enjoy watching others reach them.

I still remember very well my early days and how I looked at the ones who had got to where I thought it was impossible for me to get and look, I made it.

I was brought up on here on the read, read and read some more belief and it works. For all of you starting off read as much as you can to help you understand what is happening to you. Share how you feel and get help and give help to others, all a recipe for success.

It's always a pleasure to be around for you David, hope your recovery is still going well.

Sofia, you are doing great, so positive, you will be a winner.

If newbies are reading then I can only add to Jackie's assertion that the read, read, read and educate yourself process is a very successful path to follow in terms of getting a successful quit going and maintained :cool:

Your were and always will remain one of the folk that helped convinced me to choose the sensible path of continuing with my quit once my initial stop time of 8 weeks was nearing an end.
