Day two.....

Yippee day 2, went to the Dr's this morning for a repeat prescription of my Champix.

My head is banging today but hey ho I know its just that evil nicotine. While I was waiting for my prescription I treated myself to sugar free chupa chup lollipops - a lot cheaper than buying 20 fags lol and they taste nicer.

Im keeping myself busy in work today, so i'll be on later on tonight to read the posts.

They really do help and I find that they encourage me to carry on going.

See you all later

Pam

Welcome to the forum

Well done Pam on getting past the first major hurdle which is not lighting up for one day and here you are on day 2 and still smoke free.

Lollipops are good as they keep your mouth and hands occupied so you don’t give that nasty nicco demon a chance to make you feel like you are missing something, they say the devil makes work for idle hands.

This site is amazing and I’m sure that everyone on here will say the same

"I couldn’t have done it without this forum"

I know I couldn’t, so you are doing the right thing, keep reading and posting and you will I’m sure stay quit.

Also try to keep up the fluids as dehydration can make you feel Cr** when you are quitting.
