Day 5! COME ON!!!!!!!!!!!

AWWWWWWW day 5! day 3 was hard and so is day 5... isnt that wierd! Anyway, i have this inhalator thing, its crap used it once and it tastes horrible so im kinda going cold turkey! ohhhh had a few bad cravings but not yet screamed at anyone or gone crazy!

Quit date: 10/10/10

This is: Day 5

Used to smoke: 4-5 a day (10 on the weekend)

For help: Going to a group session every monday & reading Paul McKenna's 'Quit smoking today without gaining any weight' except that last bit aint working... Im always eating!!

Congrats on making it to day 5! I'm on day 4 at the moment and finding it a bit harder today. Think i'll go for a run and try and put it to the back of my mind!

Hey you've done great, day 5 is brilliant though I am sorry it's a tough one. Hang in there though. Don't concern yourself about eating, do it. Make sure you do things that make you feel good and if eating does that, get some of your favourite food in. We've all been there, you can lose a few pounds later!

Remember how good you smell and hold that thought!

Take it one day at a time, the week is almost done!

2 More days and you will have been smoke free for one whole week!!!!!!!!!!! how does that feel, great I hear you shout and it can only get better, so keep telling yourself that you will never smoke again and you want, it is a positive mind that will give you the positive health benefits that giving up the cigs can give you, nothing else will make you feel as good as quitting I promise x
