Hi everyone,

I am 21 and have been smoking since just before I was 16. I'm just starting my second day and so far, it's not too bad. I'm not using patches or anything, trying this cold turkey. I think today is going to be hard as i'm off work and don't have much to occupy my mind!! Anyway, i'll keep you all updated! Food luck to everyone else!x

Maybe you could read posts on this forum to help you occupy your mind today? Particular the links in other forum members signatures. Reading to educate yourself about nictoine addiction and quitting is key to a succesful quit.
