Nearly a month

Hey guys, on Sunday it will be a month for me cold turkey, I feel great can breathe better, have more energy now, can smell and taste things better...I'll have to admit I have been tempted for a cig but I mean who hasn't? but each time I've thought 'I won't let a little white stick beat me'... my craving goes away then and I also think what a fool i was for even starting smoking. By Sunday I will have saved around £140....amazing!

Well done for the cold turkey. Im on champix but as you`ve said I felt better and healthier on the cold turkey but didnt feel up to that again!!
