Hey ive just joined and feel much better after reading other stories. I am at end of day 3 with patches. Thought i was going mad today i feel distant, as my husband puts it "the lights are on but nobodys home!" sore throat too, BUT been to gym ran 5k and the actual cravings dont last long at all, looking forward to tomorrow - bring it on
